We Accept Visa, M/C, American Express and Discover Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Local Checks (Connecticut residents only) with valid photo I.D.

Special orders

Special Orders can be placed with select manufacturers. Minimum dollar amounts may apply. Freight is an additional charge and will be quoted at the time of order. Payment for special orders is required at the time of order.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase.  The original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must arrive in their original condition and in their original full packaging. Defective products will be replaced or your money refunded.

We will accommodate your request for aa exchange, store credit or refund. Credit card refunds will be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Returns without a sales receipt willbe accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Sale items and merchandise marked as closeout are not eligible for our return guarantee unless defective and then can only be returned for exchange of the same item or for store credit.

As a universal retail policy, opened CD’s, Cassettes, DVD’s and Videos may not be returned. Of course, defective products will be replaced.

Personal information provided by customers and users of this website will be held in the strictest confidence. We will not share your personal data with any other parties.

Shipping

We can ship any purchase when requested. Shipping adds an additional cost and we will determine the cost of the shipment for approval before shipping. Payment of shipping costs is required before the item can be shipped.

Shipments to locations within the continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. We reserve the right to ship via USPS with delivery confirmation for rural deliveries.

Orders requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military APO’s & FPO’s will be shipped USPS Priority Mail at Prevailing USPS Ground rates.

International shipments are not available.

Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Kiddy Korner Toy Store charges only the exact amount on all special deliveries and the charge depends on the carrier. Keep in mind that the pricing can be somewhat expensive. For rush deliveries we use UPS Next Day Air, FedEx and USPS Express Mail.

Shipping time is normally 3-5 business days but depends on the distance to the location being shipped to. We ship from Ellington, CT. Note that weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery time. Delays during peak holiday ship periods should be anticipated.

A shipping confirmation will be e-mailed upon shipment of all orders. This order confirmation will contain the date shipped and the UPS Tracking Number. Note that USPS Priority Mail does not allow for tracking. If a special delivery method is requested, that method’s tracking number will be provided.
